Foreign workers who become involved in the project need to be supported prayerfully and financially. There is no salaried system of employment for foreign workers. However, local nationals who feel called to work at VOH long -term will be schooled into the same understanding as the expatriates working at VOH as volunteers supported by their sending bodies.
Foster Parents
These are the people who will be responsible for the rearing of the children taken in by VoH. We estimate that we will need between 10 to 12 couples. Those who believe that they have been called to raise children should see their commitment as a long-term involvement. It is expected that each couple will be here until their children graduate from high school.
Education
The education system will be an Arabic core curriculum with French and English as additional subjects. The Play School is already in operation. The medium of instruction is primarily Arabic.
Because the Arabic curriculum is going to be taught by Moroccan teachers, our desire is for foreign educators to mentor and assist them educationally. There will be opportunities for teaching English and extra mural subjects at the VoH School as well as in the community schools.
